Qualifications

At the end of all our courses students are required to sit a test.  This test is to ensure that you have understood and absorbed all the relevant information. These tests are not intense and most students pass them without any additional help. They are mainly based around health and safety and aspects of the course you have completed. If however you don’t pass the test you will be given all the extra support you need to enable you to gain a pass mark. Once you have successfully completed the test you will receive the ELA diploma, with which you can gain professional insurance.

NVQ

The ELA is an accredited teaching and assessment centre. Our awarding body is VTCT (Vocational Training Charitable Trust), from whom we have full approval. We offer NVQs that are structured so that they can be studied for by flexible learning and home study. NVQs are an accepted national standard and are held in high regard by employers and the public.
